Anyone protecting their mattress in case of your water breaking?
If so...what are you doing? How about the couch? I never thought about this...but coworker recently suggested it. Haha.

We got one when I was pregnant with DS, we were buying a new mattress at Sleepys and they had some type of cover. We didn't cover the couch or anything, because I was usually always in bed lol, that's the only place I was comfortable. But my water never broke anyways

get a cheap shower curtain (plastic) and put it on your side. It works. Thats what I did for my 1st preganncy

wow i didn't even think of this...my luck i would ruin my sofa or mattress! I would be the 30% that breaks their water at home.

We just got a new mattress 2 months ago and I didn't want anything to happen to it. I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and got a waterproof pad for $10.

I have two waterproof mattress pads that DH wouldn't let me put on b/c they crinkle but now I am glad I have them - I know what to use them for!
