Anyone start their DC on Stage 1 food before 4 months?
Milani is going to be 4 months in 2 weeks and I am starting her on food now. I feel like she is not getting enough w/just formula. She had applesauce yesterday and loved it...so I'm going for it! I know the doctor would like for us to wait... but I did it w/my son and I'm doing it w/her.
Anyone else?

DS started Stage 1 food right after we started cereal which was when he was 3 months old.

I've been giving her cereal in her bottle since she was 2 months, but am now going to start spoon feeding it to her.
so glad I'm not the only one

I started cereal on a spoon with both my sons at 3.5 months upon ped recommendation. My little one just turned 4 months and has tried all three cereals and I was waiting for 4.5 mos to start fruits - although the ped told me I can start if I want to.

I listened to my mom on this one and started DS with cereal froma spoon at 3 months and on stage one fruit at 4 months. I tried the applesauce to and Ds loved it at first. Now he is on stage 1 organic applesauce, pears, greens, carrots, and prunes
