I know there are a lot of similiarities and i am curious if anyone had success combining them. phase 1 of 17 day is a killer! I have been toying around with trying SB phase 1 BUT include one serving of low sugar fruit first thing in the morning. I'm just curious to see if anyone has ever done something like it. It seems to me that with 17 day phase 1, you're trading in a very large list of acceptable foods on SB in exchange for two servings of fruit?
