Are we allowed to eat cream cheese?
I had it this morning on a bagel and it was good and now I feel sick.

your allowed as long as its pasterized and if your stomach can handle-- sounds like yours might not beable to .. feel better.

Yes, I asked this a few days ago and everyone agreed it's perfectly fine. Cream cheese is pasterized...hope you feel better

Maybe your baby doesn't like cream cheese, but you can eat it otherwise -- it's not on the 'no' list.
My baby doesn't like tacos anymore.
