Are you going to "stimulate" our economy?
I love the technical name of this. DH and I love to say it in a funny way (like in a geeky voice) 
But are you going to save it? Use it for bills/debt? Or buy something?
We are going to use ours to replace the in the wall AC unit that is like a million BTUs and too expensive to replace without saving first. So this check will be handy.

My impulses are always to pay down debt, but we need an umbrella stroller and a new vaccuum, plus DH wants some gadget for the car that's not at all expensive but I'm making him wait until that money comes in anyway.

Originally it was going to go into savings, but then yesterday we found out we needed a home repair, so instead of taking it out of the house repair fund we're just going to use it

Nope Im not stimulating a thing..it's going into the emergency fund..that has been empty ...due to the high cost of fuel and LIPA.
