I would like to but buying a new bed frame and mattress is out of the question right now. I was considering either a raised air mattress because it can be collapsed easily for space or one of those foam foldable chairs that unfolds to a sleeper bed. what are you doing?

I just bought a fully upholstered chenille glider with ottoman. Hopefully I can catch some ZZzzz's during night feedings.

we have a love seat in there. i figure i can crash on that if need be. we used that instead of a glider since the room was our living room and already had couches. we split up the couches and gave one to my mom since our den already had couches in it and then kept the love seat in the nursery

ok...i do have a glider...just didn't think i'd be able to fall asleep sitting up. I'm not sure how its gonna work with baby when hubby goes back to work and has to be up at 4:30AM so i want to have a plan in case i need to sleep in nursery sometimes so hubby can get his sleep until baby gets into a routine

Love, Love my glider that reclines. It reclines pretty far back too. We keep an extra big blanket in the closet (for cold nights) and when DS was younger either myself or DH has fallen asleep in it with the baby. Now he's a toddler and we use it for books. DS runs over to it with his book and tries to get up, but then winds up waiting for me or DH to go and help him.

What kind of glider do you have? That sounds perfect!
We won't have room for anything more than the glider in the room. One that reclines would def help.
