Yep! Went at 6am this morning. Couldnt do more than 3 miles though. I was soaked throigh my clothes with sweat and was starting to feel faint! I am proud to say i ran 3 times this week early mornings.

No way! Inside on the treadmill or me...I overheat way to fast and am always on the verge of dehydration anyway! I won't risk it!

Yep---I just did a 7 mile run in Central Park with my training group. I stayed very hydrated and stopped at water fountains. Running with others made me feel safer too.

I will run outside, but I try to go early in the morning to avoid it becoming too oppressive.

at 6am. It was 80 degrees and I did 4miles in 40min. Not my best time at all but I was proud of myself for following through. I was seriously sweating through every pore on my body

Yes, I did 11 yesterday morning at 5am. I was drenched when I was done. This morning, I opted for the treadmill!!

I didn't today or yesterday. I run with my jogging stroller and I didn't want to subject DD to the humidity. Hope it's better tomorrow!
