ugh I hate running in this heat.....does anyone else's feet burn??
I actually enjoy running in February and March I HATE running in this HOT HEAT
I feel so slooowwww and my feet burn.I am wearing microfiber extra thin socks which feels better than cotton...any other suggestions for my poor little piggies?
I am so not into running lately I am trying to "love it" again but I just cant get there....I ran like 76 miles the month of June and like 15 miles the month of July
I really hope its the heat that is making me not want to run

I'm totally with you! I am also running pathetic miles.  Tonight, I got 2 miles in. I guess it's better than zero miles, but still. Grrr. I need to start doing morning runs.

The hot weather makes me feel sluggish too. I try to run in the mornings and plan my runs for the week around the weather forecast. if it's not raining it's hot.
My feet don't burn, but I wear wrightsocks for running. they help prevent blisters too.

I hate it! I've been running with a bottle of gatorade with me on my long runs and try to ration it out, but I just want to chug the whole thing! LOL
even 5:30 in the am is brutal.

I've had to stop running altogether. Even at 8:00 AM, it's at least 72 degrees and humid, which is a good 15 degrees warmer than the max I'm comfortable with. So I'm just biding my time, taking classes at the gym until October or so. Guess I'll have to pretty much start from scratch then.

I am the opposite. I love running in the heat and hate the cold. If there is any chill in the air at all, my ears sting so badly while running.

I HATE running in this heat and haven't been doing to much. I am going to really start up again in the Fall. I love running in the cold with my leggings.
