Are you supposed to eat ALL your daily WW points?
Now that its 29, I ate a full day's worth of food and even overestimated some portions a bit to ensure I didn't eat too much and I still have 4 points remaining for the day! Should I have a small snack?
I also have 8 activity points for today that I guess I'll get to carry over!
What about the weekly points allowance - should I try to ignore those are eat 49 points worth of "treats" or extra food this week?
Thoughts??

You're supposed to eat all your daily points (esp if you worked out enough to earn 8 APs!!). You don't want to undereat.
You dont have to eat your APs or weekly points.

Yes, you should ALWAYS eat your entire daily points allowance. You do not need to use your flex points if you don't want to or need to.

Ideally your suppose to eat all your daily points.
BUT our leader said you don't have it. If your not hungry you shouldn't force yourself to eat....
they said the points were calculated so that you can fulfill your good health guidelines and have some extra so you don't feel deprived......

Yes, your daily PP target is the MINIMUM you should be eating each day
Weekly PP allowance and activity PP values are optional. But I will tell you that most people who hit goal, maintain, and get to lifetime use at least SOME of the weekly PP allowance.
