I would assume hungry that way you eat in the morning which is always a good way to start your day.
I just know I always seem to wake up hungry!

My WW leader always said if you wake up hungry, you're doing something right. If you're not hungry in the morning, that means you're over-eating the night before

I wake up hungryish. Not starving. But, If I don't eat.. I will be dying an hour into work. As it is I barely make it to lunch at 12:30.
I would assume that waking up hungry is better because you didn't eat for 8 hours. If you wake up full you ate a lot to carry your over until morning.

I do not feel hungry at all in am. I eat
breakfast even when Im not hungry. But
I dont feel "full" either. The very first thing
I do in drink a glass of water when I wake
up. I dont drink anything after 8pm at night
so I dont wake up to use bathroom.

I have never liked to eat right away in the morning. I am a little hungry, but I don't feel like eating until a few hours later. I usually have my coffee on the way to work around 6 and then I eat breakfast around 8:30.
It doesn't matter if I ate a lot the night before or I ate dinner at 4:30 and didn't snack, I just don't feel like eating when I get up.
