i think thats completely unnecessary to tell her. you have no idea whats going to happen. you could be very pregnant or you could be still trying. theres no reason to share your TTC plans (unless you want to for supper). if indeed you do get pregnant then you can share that you will X amount pregnant at her wedding, but for now just live your life and if you are lucky enough to get pregnant very soon then you and her can deal with the dress issue. im sure shell be thrilled for you.
