well it really depends on a lot of factors like her frame and how muscular/fit she is. Probably could be anywhere from 125 if she has a slim build up to 155 if she's got a larger frame or is more muscular, would be considered healthy. I don't think there's one weight that would be perfect for everyone at that height.

Re: At 5'7" what would you say is a healthy weight?
I'm 5'7'- if I ever weighed 125 lbs I would fall through my own @ss and hang myself I'm also "strong" (large framed, curvy, big boned, womanly, insert clichy word here)
At my THINNEST on my wedding day I was 148 pounds to be honest for me that weight is a pipe dream - ideally I think 150-155 is "thin" for me- I fit into 6's and 8's but still have my curves .
I think on WW for 5'7" ideal weight is anywhere from 118-163 pounds for women. Also Body Fat percentage is also more important than actually body weight.
good luck

I am 5'7" and 128 pounds. I work out(weights and running) and have a slender build. I would definitely consider myself thin at this weight.
I think if someone had a "big" build 150 would be healthy for them.

My sister is about 5-7 to 5-8 and she weighs in the neighborhood of 130-135, not as slender of a build as me but very athletic so very toned.

I think 135 is perfect. I've been told to 5 feet = 100 lbs. Add 5 more pounds for every inch after 5'.
If you are a larger boned girl, maybe add another 5-7 lbs.

Obviously as others have already mentioned there are a variety of factors that could come into play, but I'd say an "average" healthy weight for someone 5'7 would be around 145ish.

I'm 5'7" and think 135 is a great weight (too bad i didn't think that in HS)
140s are good too, but there's always something to lose.
I've always been pretty athetic in build.

I am 5'7" and about 132 lbs. I have an athletic build.
I would say between 125-155 would be considered healthy depending upon your frame.

Re: At 5'7" what would you say is a healthy weight?
I have small bones...but I do not really look like it bc I am not too thin...I am usually @ 145-150.
I was at one time 127, but that was too hard for me to maintain bc I eat too much I felt my face looked too thin at that weight.
I would love to stay @ 135-140
Thanks for your responses they were helpful

Exactly right. 135 +/-10% for frame size so it would be 121.5 -148.5 Thats the IBW (ideal body weight) formula to assess wt/ht.

Re: At 5'7" what would you say is a healthy weight?
Im almost 5'7. Im around 115 lbs. I have a very small frame, no curves. I don't look good over 115 lbs.
Weight watchers gives a very accurate idea of your ideal weight & I would trust what they say.

Re: At 5'7" what would you say is a healthy weight?
I'm 5'7" and couldnt break 120 lbs. for years through college (now after 2 kids that is different ) but looking back I was way too thin for my body frame. I look my healthiest at 135-140 lbs. It depends on your frame size and what you feel comfortable with.
