Does anyone have a hard time losing weight because they just don't like healthy foods?
I swear, I think I have an eating disorder. I am so PICKY! Nothing is ever good enough for me yet I need to lose major weight.
Problem is, I hate healthy food. I eat NO veggies, NO fruits. I dont drink juice..sometimes I wonder how my body is still going I swear. I don't know what to do. Because ww worked for me 2 years ago when I lost 24 pounds..but now, I am looking to go back on it and I dread it because I am always hungry. I cant fill up on veggies and fruits like they tell you because I HATE them.
I dont know what to do anymore..anyone else like this??

i am ... i am the most pickest eater and like nothing ... dont eat veggies or fruit ... which is why i cant diet (that and the fact that i love food ) ... i dont have any advice for you cause i am trying to loose weight and dont know what or how to do it ... i did cut back on eating or at least i try to cut back on what i eat most of the time .. i try to work out then I can but I never have time and I hate working out ... but i have recently joined a hip hop class that goes on once a week and i am going to try to walk or rollerblade daily ..... i think the healthiest thing i do is drink water all day everyday its very rare that i drink anything else!

Can you try to find some recipes involving fruits and vegetables to make them more tolerable? I love fruits and veggies, so I don't have this problem. But there is so much you can do with them. Can you try putting peanut butter on a banana? Or blueberries in your cereal? Even adding tomato to your sandwich can help.
www.allrecipes.com is a great site for recipes. You could search for some veggie side dishes to make at dinner. Even if you need to fry zuccini, you can use egg whites and whole wheat bread crumbs and fry them in a little olive oil. That will get you started. Experiment a little and see if you can find at least one fruit and one veggie that you can learn to like.

How about shakes and smoothies? exotic fruits? If I were you I would go to Whole Foods and try one new fruit or veg every few days. You may be surprised to find stuff that you like
