At 9 months old Food related
DS really only likes pastina, bread, applesauce, filet of sole, and meat and chicken when i puree it I try to give him egg salad he was not having it, ,even yo baby yogurt...I feel like he should be eating more of a variety. but is it okay if he only eats that for now.

If your child is eating filet of sole at 9 months I think you're doing OK Ryan is pretty much committed to his baby food and yogurt.

Yeah I agree - that sounds great! Athan is happy with his baby food, eggs, yogurt melts and puffy's right now. I wish I was eating filet of sole....

I boil it in chicken broth and will make chicken meatballs and put it in the pastina as well as boiled carrots cut up. DS loves it...
To the original poster...seriously filet of sole? I am nearly 30 and I dont even eat that
But I wouldnt worry too much, just keep offering different options to him as you are eating and eventually you will find other things that he enjoys!

DD will be 9 months on Sunday and she's happy with her fruits, veggies, puffs. We just started introducing yogurt and some meats.
I think as long as your child is healthy and growing fine, then keep feeding what they like.
