formula 1 year
bottle I would say about 24 months. During that time she only had a bottle for naps.

I was dreading taking away the bottle away, and i had planned to do it over a month, but it wound up happening very easily!

Bottle was 17 months and formula was 11 months.
DD was never on a bottle but off the the breast at 10 or 11 months too.

DD stopped using a bottle around 10 mos. We used the born free sippy for a while and we just switched her milk cups to a straw cup this week ( she already used them for water).
She never had formula, but she still gets 1/2 whole milk and 1/2 breastmilk.

Caden is 15 months and still uses both....
Ive decided to use the Next Step formula b/c in this house...knowing that I always have it to give to him eases my stress level. (all these kids=running out of milk) But he does drink milk as well.
As far as the bottle is concerned...he gets 2 per day. One in the morning and one at night. It's still part of his routine, although he doesnt always drink them. If he doesnt give them up on his own he'll definitely be off them before he is 2...
All my girls usually gave them up themselves somewhere between 18 months and 2...

Formula - 11.5 months
Bottle - at almost 15 months, DS still gets a bottle in the morning and at night.

bottle well we are still having 2 a day at 23 months 
you think thats bad, Paige still has 3 a day and she is 22 months.
I dont feel as though its a big deal. She loves her bottles and I refuse to give them up right now. But she only drinks her milk in them. the way i see it is that she wont be drinking out of them when she is older.
