Baby bath wash and shampoo
DS is 12 days old. His cord stump fell off on Sunday, so we are starting to give him baths in his infant tub. What kind of body wash does everyone use?
For my baby shower, I recieved every brand you can think of.
I have Johnson & Johnson, Aveeno, Baby Magic, Gerber Giggles, and Huggies.
Which do you suggest?

We use Burts Bees Baby wash/shampoo.
It is made with natural ingrediants, no parabens and good for the environment.

Yes, I bought several bottles before Clorox bought the company.
Depending upon if and how they changed the formula I might switch to California Baby.

Where can I get products like Burt's Bees and California Baby?
Are the non-natural like Johnson's and Aveeno bad for DC? I got so many from my shower, I was hoping that I wouldnt need to buy baby wash for a long time!

I love Aveeno. We use the Aveeno lavender comfort wash for the bath everynight.

I LOVE Burts Bees..you can find it at Buy Buy Baby or their website
Like you, for my shower i received so many different kinds...i need to give them away since I LOVE Burts Bee on DS

Us too! It smells delicious! And my dr actually recommends it! He says its not as drying as other baby washes!

Since you don't want to get rid of any, I would go with the Aveeno, it's nice and gentle.

Aveeno and when Ella got a little older I used Mustela products on her as well.
These are only two products I use on her.

Don't go crazy, use what you have and see from there what you like.
I like the Aveeno and the Johnson's bedtime lavender one, it smells so sweet on DS......
I have a ton too and lotions, the only one I really don't care for is the Baby Magic lotion so far.....

I agree - definitely use what you have and see what works for you. I had a lot of the ones you mentioned and then had a friend mention Noodle & Boo. I went out and bought the wash and lotion and ended up hating it. It smelled great, but irritated my DD's skin. Now I am back to using the stuff I got as gifts - J&J, Aveeno and it works fine!

diapers.com sells both brands.
i use johnson & johnson body wash and burt's bees buttermilk baby lotion which smells SO good. i am waiting to try the aveeno lavender until i can put dd in a tub of water.

I use Burts Bees and California Baby.. get them both from drugstore.com
