Congrats on your baby! My son was in the NICU bc I delivered 6 weeks early. As previous posters stated pump ASAP! When you get discharged I strongly suggest renting a hospital grade pump. It was the best thing I did and I attribute it for helping me build my supply. Pump as often as you can, I used to nurse him and pump right after. It's called triple feeding. It was exhausting but SO worth it. Good luck to you, hope baby's stay is short.
