Baby Sleep Solution, does it REALLY work?????
So I'm reading it now and want honest opinions. I'm only a few pages in and want to know if I should even continue.
Is it realistic? Is it as easy as she says it will be? Did it WORK?

No Jen, it's the rename of 12 hours sleep by 12 weeks old.
Hopefully we get the same results!

It helped me with lots of ideas. DS isn't a big eater and I just couldn't get to 4 feedings a day which is a big part of it, we're still working on it though .Definitely helpful!

Re: Baby Sleep Solution, does it REALLY work?????
I got the book based on MrsPowers rave recommendations of it, after doing a search on sleep at 12 weeks.
It rocks! Yes for the most part it worked for us. I feel like a broken record recommending it over and over.
Search for my past posts, I'm on my phone now, but ill link them later. FM me for specific questions, I'm happy to help.
One thing I absolutlety love is how she advocates babies learn to soothe themselves to sleep without hysterically crying. I'm going to call it FIO, fuss it out.
ETA Links to my past posts:
one of my first post about the book, I just got it and was very excited
A post I wrote, while on step 2 of the method
Comparison to Healthy Sleep Habits
quick rundown of the book
One more thing, I follow the book to a T now, I do not make up my own theories anymore ..
But one thing, that I do deter from is that I do not give solids right after bottle. I give it an hour after the bottle. I may start to shorten this time, as DS gets older but for now this seems to work, and doesn't interfere with his bottles. I don't want to mess with his food too much, since he's gaining well.
