Baby Sleep Solution Questions
Anyone use this book? Did you do it without getting down to 4 feedings a day? DS is 5.5 months old and he's never been a big eater, so I can't imagine getting him to eat enough in 4 sittings. Plus the timing seems so off, like he'd be eating dinner at 3:30 if I go buy the 4 hours block.

I read the book, but haven't done anything to reduce the number of daily feedings. I am letting DS increase the amount he takes in his bottles on his own, but hopefully he'll get to the 4 feedings per day.
What time does DS wake up? What time is his first feeding? I'm not sure how dinner would be at 3:30pm for your DS. Say his first feeding is at 7:30am, next is at 11:30, then 3:30pm, and the last would be at 7:30pm. Or do you mean that you would be giving solids at 3:30pm and just a bottle at 7:30pm? Even if you're giving solids, you should still give them a bottle at that time too. Does that make sense?

It does make sense, but I feel like solids at 7:30 is too late, I like just a bottle at that time, and then I feel like 3:30 is so early. He's also a really light eater though, so I don't think I can go down to 4, he just won't eat enough. He gets hungrier during the day though so maybe I'll just throw in an extra bottle between two of the times.
