sleep questions...
At what age did you stop rocking your baby to sleep? At what point were you able to just put dc down and he/she would fall asleep on her own?
Any moms who had a baby that was a horrible sleeper... will this last forever or is there hope he will be a good sleeper one day?? thanks

Re: sleep questions...
at 10 mos i am still rocking for naps but bedtime thankfully i don't have to. I just give him the paci and hold him in my arms and he goes out.
Not sure why this doesn't work for naps but oh well.
I know i will have to stop soon but not today

Re: sleep questions...
Over the past month I have been able to (for the most part) lay her down while still awake, and she puts herself to sleep....
She's 5.5 months old now.

Re: sleep questions...
DD is also a terrible sleeper! Getting her to sleep last night was an hour of me dancing with her on my hip to the 90's music station on cablevision. Fast forward to this morning and it was the same thing for her morning nap. She will only fall asleep if I am holding her and walking around. I cant even sit down!! I feel your pain!!!!

Sometimes I still have to rock her for naps but for bedtime she puts herself to sleep in her crib.
