Babymoon Ideas?
We're looking for a short trip 3-4 days that is within driving distance. We're looking to go in August b/c its better for DH with his days for when the baby is here. I was looking into Nantucket and Montauk, but everything is so pricey - b/c its kinda late at this point to book. Any suggestions?
DH had mentioned Baltimore and take in an Orioles game. What else is there to do in Balti?

i went to college in baltimore so i have a soft spot for it
there's plenty to do - the aquarium is really nice to visit. fell's point has quaint stores and restaurants to browse in. the baltimore museum of art is really, really nice and small enough to be manageable in a few hours. baltimore has excellent restaurants so you could do some really good eating and you could always find yourselves a nice spa for a couples massage or some other treat like that
i say go for it!

I was in Baltimore about 8 years ago.... took in a game - nice stadium! Baltimore is also down by the water - so there was all the outside dining and mall area to walk around.
Have fun

Re: Babymoon Ideas?
Instead of Nantucket, consider going to Cape Cod - where you would have to go to take a ferry. We stayed at the beach in West Yarmouth a couple of years ago, and it was really nice. We took a day trip by ferry to both Nantucket and Martha's vineyard.
ETA: Cape Cod is much less expensive than Nantucket. We stayed at 2 places - the Baysider and the Windjammer. Baysider is on the bay, and windjammer on the beach. I liked the windjammer better. nothing fancy, but right on the beach.
