Back from the nutritionist
I wen for my first body composition after being on the program for 4 weeks. I am down 12lbs., but he won't add any new foods until I lose another 20lbs. It is going to be hard.

Your nutritionist wasn't the one that suggested to you the BRATT diet (I remember you posting that the other day). Very unlimited foods. You aren't following that diet....I hope????????

I am allowed the following daily:
2 eggs 2 pieces of bread; rye or pumpernickel 4 fruits 2 cups of veggies 5-7 oz. of protein for lunch and dinner almonds or walnuts
Ideally, I would like to lose a total of 50lbs., so I have 38 more to go.

Oh my goodness! I give you so much credit for being able to stick with it. It seems like that 38 will be off in no time
ETA: I wonder if my doc may put me on a similar plan
