Back on WW! What's your favorite meal?
Holidays are behind me and my weight loss journey begins.. Im a former WW member and lost 50 lbs (over 3 yrs) and 9 of them have found me
Went back to WW the day after christmas and started the points plus program. Loving the zero pt fruits!!!
What does your daily menu look like?

I found it can be difficult to eat high carb meals on the new points plus program.
A great (and simple) low point meal is grilled marinated chicken with brown rice and fresh veggies. Be careful with frozen veggies- they can have more points than you realize!
I also like making chicken fajitas. They're pretty low in points.
Turkey and veggie burgers too. I usually have them with a sweet potato or a knish on the side.
Tonight I had raviolis with sauce. I had 5 and they were 10 points!!

i just started back on WW yesterday! i've been on it a few times and always fall of the wagon but hope this time i need to stick to it! i've had a lot of heartache in the last year and b/c of that i've gained 40 pounds so i have to at least take some of that off! i was overweight to start!
ANYWAY sorry for rambling....yesterday i ate:
breakfast: 3 egg whites/1 whole egg scrambled with tomato whole wheat english muffin 1 cup strawberries coffee with 1 tbsp creamer
lunch: BLT on light bread with turkey bacon and reduced fat mayo 2% cottage cheese
dinner: chicken cacciatore 1 cup rice
snacks: banana with better n' peanut butter grapes wasa crackers with laughing cow cheese (my new fav)! organic soft baked cookie
congrats on restarting your weight loss journey!! i'm loving the 0 pt fruits too! we're both gonna do great

i would love the fajitas recipe too :) mexican food is my downfall so it would be great to eat it without destroying my points!

Fajitas are so easy! I just use the mix in the supermarket and follow the directions. I add in strips of grilled chicken and peppers and onions.
2 oz of grilled chicken is 2 pts. 1 Whole wheat tortilla is 2 pts Peppers and onions are 0 So its 4 pts per fajita.
I usually have 1 cup of brown rice and 1 cup of black beans on the side.
