back with more questions :) re: food
I like seltzer water when I need something fizzy. I also drink decaf green tea in the mornings.
I usually do three meals, but also small snacks during the day (which keeps you from overeating at meals too). Snacks should be healthy, like carrots, fruit, nuts, etc. Not like snacking on doritos

Re: back with more questions :) re: food
I drink seltzer, unsweetened iced tea, coconut water, almond milk, smoothies, an occasional sugar-free red bull for a treat, and water with fruit in it.
As far a food goes, I eat three small meals and three snacks a day. I am hypoglycemic, so I can't really go more than three hours without eating something. I try and keep my bloodsugar as stable as possible, so I eat often!

Re: back with more questions :) re: food
I only drink seltzer, I hate plain water unless I am out walking.
I eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks.
Breakfast is either 1 egg and bacon (we get the lower fat lower sodium kind) or greek yogurt with no-sugar-added jam.
Lunch is a sandwich on Arnold's sandwich thins (only 100 cal) or leftovers from dinner.
Dinner is usually something from the Skinny Taste website, or something else I have made "skinny." I try to stick to 300-400 cal for dinner.
Snacks are varied, I may have another greek yogurt, or dried apricots, or something sweet as long as it's under 200 cal.
I need to eat more veggies!

Re: back with more questions :) re: food
I drink water with crystal lite or other flavoring. I know its artificial sweetener but its really the only way I can drink lots of water, so it works for me.
For food, my breakfasts are either nonfat yogurt with fruit and a handful of multigrain cheerios, greek yogurt with some fruit, protein shake, or on the weekends egg whites with some fat free cheese on a sandwich thin or a low-cal wrap.
Lunch is mostly salad with tuna or chicken, or a sandwich on whole wheat bread/sandwich thin, usually with a piece of fruit.
Dinner I try to vary - sometimes whole wheat pasta with ground turkey and light tomato sauce, sometimes salad with some ground turkey, or veggies and chicken breast....that sort of thing.
I sometimes snack during the day - fruit, yogurt, protein shakes....that sort of thing.
