Banger's & Mash?
So I want to make Bangers & Mash as one of my dishes tomorrow for St. Patrick's Day. What's the best sausage to use for this dish cause I was having a hard time finding Irish sausages! TIA!!

Trader Joe's had Irish Bangers! I have no idea if they're any good though- I was going to make them tonight.

Banger's & Mash?
Costco has Irish sausage, they even had it on demo Saturday. It was really good too.
Also, Trader Joes carries an "Irish Bangers" sausage around this time too.
