Bank of America customers who ever got a fee on their account....
There is an on-going lawsuit which could result in you getting up to $78 back in fees that you were charged between 2000-2007
link & claim form
I left BOA due to their ridiculous fees, so you can be sure that I will be waiting in line for some of that refund

I went through HELL with them a few months ago...they wouldn't refund fees and there were 5 charged..a debit came out earlier than it was supposed to..huge mess...I was going to switch banks but haven't yet...

Usually we call or go to the branch when there is crazy fees and they credit the account
