Bathroom remodel complete!
We survived the remodel of our one and only (and small) bathroom!
Pics are in my album. We're very happy with it! It's so small though that it is hard to get good photos.
Thanks to Skew for recommending the paint option of doing the bottom half of the walls white with a picture ledge/molding. We love how it turned out!

How did you survive without a bathroom?
We only have one and I've been dreading remodeling since it's the only one. I almost considered having it done when we were away last month.

Thanks! It definitely took much longer than anticipated because of my own indecisiveness - and lack of time to finish painting! Being our only bathroom that was really annoying, but worth it in the end!

The vanity and sink, as well as the cabinet over the toilet are all from Ikea. The vanity and cabinet are Freden, and the sink is Hollviken.
They told us in the store we had to use an Ikea faucet (which I didn't want) but I posted on here and someone else had the same sink with a non-Ikea faucet. Ours is Kohler and it fits just fine!

We only have one and I've been dreading remodeling since it's the only one. I almost considered having it done when we were away last month.
Our friend is a plumber/contractor so he did the work, and he knew our situation so he put the toilet back on every night (except one when the floor was being done - we stayed at my in-laws that night).
We had to shower at our parents' houses for a week, which was annoying, but all things considered not the end of the world.
It was definitely frustrating by the end of that week though - not gonna lie!

The bulk of it took less than two weeks. I decided at the end I wanted to do things like change a light fixture and move a light switch which made things take longer because then we had to wait to paint and put on the finishing touches. Had I been more oganized and decisive it would have easily been done in two weeks - maybe another day with painting the two colors (which I did myself and had no time for!).
