bedroom area rug size?
trying to find an area rug for the baby's room. if the room is 12X10, what size area rug would you get?
8X10 or
6X8

Lots of carpet stores will bind a remnant and cut it to size for you. That's what we did for DS's room. We.had it go about 6 inches from each side.

bedroom area rug size?
It depends where you want to put the rug. If you want it under furniture, they you need a bigger size. If you just want the rug in the open part of the room (not under the furniture) just to cover the area of the floor where the baby will play, then you need a smaller size.
