DD goes in bed between 7:30-8:00pm. She has always gone to sleep on the earlier side compared to others. She's in kindergarten.

Re: Bedtime for 4-5 year olds

mine are 3 and 6 and i aim for both in bed by 9 although the little guy sometimes falls asleep earlier or way later depending on how he napped. He also wakes up super early no matter what like - 630. I was DD up for school around 715. Ive found she does best with 10 hours of sleep.

Bedtime for 4-5 year olds

I went to bed by 8 until I was in 7th grade.

My son is only 3, but he is in bed by 7:30. I usually hear him talking, singing, playing until 8/8:15. I go to bed at 9 so he needs an early bedtime so I can have some sanity!

Between 7:30-8. Actually earlier than when she was a little younger and in daycare. The it was around 8:30. She seems to need more sleep nowadays.

Re: Bedtime for 4-5 year olds

At that age in K it was around 830. I say around because we don't have a hard/fast bedtime, but in general around 830

She would get up around 7 or so

Bedtime for 4-5 year olds

My kids are in bed by 830.

My 3 year old (not in school yet) is asleep within minutes (she sometimes asks to go to sleep earlier around 745-8, but stays up because my 6 year old is up. She tries to 'hang' Chat Icon
My 6 year old is usually passed out by 9

They are both up by 7 all week long.
