Benefits question
Is this typical...after 90 days you get medical coverage which you pay 75% for. After 15 months you pay 50% and so on and you pay 100% for anyone added to the plan.
Seems like your basically on your own, no?

It does not sound "typical" to me since I have never seen something where the employee portion of the premium is adjusted over time but each company makes its own contract. Do you work for a small company?

Sounds different but every company can decide how much of a "benefit" they give you! The more they give you...the more comes out of the company's pocket.
