Best Diaper Rash Cream?
My 17 month old DS has a really bad diaper rash. What do you find to be the diaper rash cream that works the best?

Destin has actually always worked best for my kids
us too but the ointment not the cream
(its much thicker)
I also always blot dry with a tissue before putting anything on her

The purple tube of Desitin which is the Maximum Strength one works best for DD on a really bad rash. She had a yeast rash once and that cleaned it right up. If you look it has the highest level of zinc oxide in it compared to all the others. Sometimes a little aquaphor and then regular desitin works really well too.

We use Balmex every day and when Kaydyn has a bad rash we use triple cream.
