Best kids assemblies
Anyone in the PTA at their school or just a parent who heard a great show that their child LOVED would love to hear from you...
I'm co-chairing the shows for the 2017-18 school year at the elementary school. Looking for some great and different ideas. Something funny, motivational, maybe magic, lights, etc. This year we did a bully one and then for holidays we're bringing in people for a laser light show, doing a game show, etc.
This is my first time doing this too so it's all new.
Thanks! We are in NJ, but most local shows do travel. It's for grades 1 - 5 so something appropriate for that age group that'll keep their interest and of course make the kids laugh and WOW them.

It's not educational, but TONS of fun - Jester Jim. He's from LI, but travels all over.

Best kids assemblies
we live in NJ, too. at my son's field day they had DJ Reggie RSVP come and do a show with the kids. my son didn't stop talking about it for days!! HAHA i think he just did some dance stuff with them, some little movement game type stuff.... the kids LOVED it. Also-- up in Mt. Olive NJ is Rizzo's Reptiles that do traveling animal show assemblies. They are great, too and really engaging with the kids-- not sure how far they travel though... AND over the summer, our library had somebody from Currier's Magical Mania come and do a bubble show and a circus show with juggling, unicycle, etc... both we're awesome!!! That company has a bunch of different shows and things...

Agreed! he's great! We've used him for our summer reading program kick-off. He gives the kids a pep talk about reading over the summer.

Oh yes! Our kids do this and LOVE it!!!! I forgot about it! They do the diablo, the devil sticks, plate spinning, walk on stilts, etc. The fifth graders get to put on a show and be in with the National Circus people. It's pretty cool!
