Best Yet Market - FILET Mignon
I am soo torn, I am making filet mignon for Christmas. Best Yet market has it on sale for $3.99 lb or I can order from marios meat Market for $11.99lb (which is also cheap compared to most meat markets). I have never made it before and I am just worried that the Best filet wont be as good as the Meat market filet. Any opinions??
TIA!!

Me? I'd go for the Best Yet. I've never had an issue with their meat. That is a HUGE price difference. It it was a dollar I'd maybe go with what I know.. but that's 7 dollars more per pound!
Please note.. I am also kind of a cheapskate.

I like Best Yets meat selection. I think they have great quality stuff. I wouldn't hesitate getting it there.

I've had Best Yet's filet mignon. It's so tender and delicious. And, you can gave the butcher there cut it into any size steaks you'd like if you'd rather not prepare it as a roast.
