BF moms that work and pump
So I just pumped for the last time at work (I do it 3 times a day) and I got 1oz less than I usually do for the day. Should I be concerned? I used to pump after feeding DD in the AM, but stopped that a week ago. All last week I had enough milk to give her during the day and now, today, I am short an ounce for tomorrow. I have enough frozen, but should I bring back that AM pumping session? Could eliminating that be effecting my supply?

I found that my supply used to ebb and flow. For instance, I found that I would pump the most on Monday and Tuesday, after I had been nursing all weekend. If you have time, pumping in the morning after the feeding is a good idea. If not (I never left myself enough time), dip into your frozen supply for now. An ounce should be easy enough to make up--and you'll find that at some point, you'll pump much more and have some extra.
When are you able to freeze? When I was working, I was only able to freeze on Friday night, so that I'd have enough fresh to get me through Monday.

remember it is demand and supply, your supply will decrease based on your baby's needs. No worries
