BFing moms- new freezer and frozen milk
We are getting a new fridge/freezer tomorrow and the company said that it will take about an hour for the freezer to get cold once plugged in. I have a lot of milk in there that I cannot afford to let thaw. Do you think I can put it in a cooler with ice while the old fridge is removed and the new one is installed and plugged in? On top of this, I will not be home during this whole ordeal so I need to leave my FIL with explicit instructions!!

That's what I would do! Should be fine as long as you pack it with lots of ice. Our electric went out a couple of times this summer and we had to do the same thing (for longer than an hour) and none of the milk had thawed.
