This is why I posted the ad. It was funny and it was satire. I understand the state of this country and the economy but people really need to lighten up sometimes.

I don't think it's nonsense. PBS gets a relatively small piece of government pie- the Pentagon spends the same amount in six hours. LINK
To me it shows a lack of knowledge on Romney's part. If I needed to reduce my household debt, I'd be better off cutting out the $500 a month shopping sprees as opposed to cancelling my $15 a year magazine subscription. Along those same lines the government should look at the real expenses, and public tv isn't one of them.

What Romney said about cutting PBS is laughable. Go after the BIG expenditures, not something as menial as freakin' PBS. What he said was such a flippin' joke.
