Funny thing is I went to the bathroom last night and when I wiped I saw blood. I think we are due around the same time too. It was weird I didn't think it was anything to be concerned about because it wasn't a heavy flow or anything but I called the dr. anyway and they told me to come in right away, so I did. It ends up he thinks everything is fine. He did some blood work to check my progesterone levels and did a pelvic exam and he said during pregnancy you cervix softens and it's very vascular and that some times you can bleed and that's all it seemed to be. So hopefully that's all it is with you too. Of coarse he told me to call him immediately if I continue to bleed or have heavy cramping. But thank goodness... nothing. And then I threw up big time this morning, out of no where, and I said to myself "see everything is fine!". Good luck and keep us posted.

*Update*
Went to the OB this morning and she reassured me that this happens to about 25% of women in their first trimester. I'm 9 weeks and 4 days today. So she sent me to the hospital for bloodwork and a sono.
Bloodwork was a nightmare, had like 12 tubes drawn by a newbie tech who stuck me 3 times.. Ugh.
Sono was great. Baby looks wonderful. DH cried when he saw it- it was shaking and moving around like the Gopher in Caddy Shack. Heartrate was up in the 160's. I was so relieved!
I'm still bleeding but not as bad. It's soo terrifying when you see that bright stripe on the T.P.  The doctor just told me to rest and stay hydrated. She asked me if I had done any heavy lifting recently and I did carry up a TON of groceries last night up our 3 flights of stairs home. So let this be a lesson- let DH do ALL the heavy lifting!!
I can't thank you all so much for all your prayers and kind words of encouragement. I was really flipped out last night and I literally had NO one here. We just moved here in June and I don't know anyone well enough yet to call them up at 10:00pm to take me to the ER. DH was wonderful and drove the 3 hours to get home by 2AM. He cancelled his PA meeting and is here now with me for the duration of the weekend.
*whew*!! That better be the last scare for us. I don't know if I'd be able to handle any more!

Words can not express how happy I am to hear the wonderful news!!! I'm so happy your feeling great and baby is doing well.
We were so worried about you and baby here but once again happy to hear all is well.
Just rest and take it easy now, feel better
