Blood Test Question...and fasting?
I am having a blood test at 3pm tomorrow. The generic recording said fast starting at midnight tonight if giving blood during the appt. There is no way I can fast from midnight till 3pm...think I would be ok if I just eat breakfast?
ETA: I also take medication in the morning that must be taken with food...so fasting since midnight is not an option anyway...

Whenever DH and I have blood tests in the afternoon, the dr. always tells us to come in the morning after fasting and get blood drawn and than come back for our normal appt in the afternoon to see the dr... Maybe you could call in the morning and see if you could do that?
