Do you use the vent piece? I was trying not to use it, but I am finding the bottles leak if I don't. Does anyone else have this problem?

I use it. I tried one time not too and it leaked all over the place.

I use Born Free and use it eveytime. The instructions said not to feed your DC without it.

I always use the vent piece. I think I remember reading that you had to use it like a pp said. Why do you want to use it without it? Actually I think the vent piece is suppose to help with gas.

I use them without it. They leak a tiny bit sometimes but not too bad. I found that DS had a hard time with them.

I use the vent piece, once i forgot to use it.. and it didnt leak. Didnt know i forgot until i was cleaning the bottle. I might have just put it on super tight.

I was using both the Born Free & Dr. Browns and let me tell you that they both S U C K! OMG the Born Free leaked no matter what and with Dr. Browns I could hear DS swallow formula and air at the same time which caused major gas & fussiness. I am currently trying/using Playtex Vent Air Advance. and it is amazing so far. DS burps a lot faster & with ease.
