Yes, I consider that an important part of being a supervisor. I must admit that I just took oer a new department, so I am not 100% familiar with their systems, but I am learning.

Yes. I ty never to say it to the members of my team, but I did all of their jobs at one point or another. Do I want to do these things...NO, but I could if push came to shove.

NO! Payroll reports up to me but if I had to run a payroll I would be clueless. I had my payroll manager write up a "payroll for dummies" manual for me just in case!!!
