Boy's sneakers
Need ideas for my 6 and 4 year old boys. Their Sketchers are not looking so great after a summer at camp.
Because they're small and still fit in the "toddler" sneakers that there's not much out there. I either have it or don't like it. We go to Sketchers and the few choices they have we got already. I want something fun and different without costing a fortune. We usually do NB or Sketchers.
What stores do you go to? Was thinking Finish Line, but they're expensive. I also get stuff online, but need to get their feet measured. Right now they wear a size 10. Boys are the same size bc my 6 yr old is on the smaller side.
Thanks!

Boy's sneakers
I get Saucony through Stride Rite. They hold up well. My 5 1/2 year old just moved into the "preschoolers" size and my 3 1/2 year old is still in the "toddler" size.

Re: Boy's sneakers
Try Kohl's. They have Nike, NB, Adidas, Sketchers... they also have their own brand, Jumping Beans. I just bought my kids a pair and they are cute!

Re: Boy's sneakers
Nordstrom Rack. But my older ds is becoming as eager snob and likes me to take him to Kuds Foot Locker, but it's $$

Re: Boy's sneakers
I go to Jay's by Home Depot. They will usually have sale promotions before school. Once I know their size I also order from Zappos.
When DS was their age, I loved New Balance. I felt like it went with whatever they wore. The retro velcro looking ones. I usually got gray.
I also like Puma. DS says he loves the Acsics I just bought him. They are the most comfortable.

Re: Boy's sneakers
honestly, DS's foot grows so much and he destroys shoes so quickly i don't bother with anything over $20. I usually buy his sneakers at target, walmart, kmart, etc. They only usually last about 2-3 months on him anyway.

This!
I lean toward Zappos for shoes (but am an Amazon whore).....DS is on his fourth pair of Pumas. He has a play pair, and a clean pair for when I want him to look a bit more put together. He loves the ease of the Velcro straps.
He also has Adidas shell tops and converse chuck taylors....all from zappos.

I get shoes for all of my kids through zappos. We do a lot of Stride Rite, Saucony, Adidas, Nike, New Balance. But we also usually do one cheap pair from Target or Payless that they can beat up at daycare.

Re: Boy's sneakers
Just got 3 year old DS sneakers from Zappos. The Asics are really nice this year. He is wearing a 10 (toddler) but I see they run real small and don't come in half sizes so I'll try the 11 (little kid). I love the look of the Asics gel noosa tri 10.

Re: Boy's sneakers
I am at a loss for this school year b/c my kids beat the hell out olf their sneakers. Addidas and Puma were my 'go to' - but they want to choose their own now. So, we will see. They are only 4 and 6 !!
