Yep! I do it all the time! I take the chicken cutlets, dip them in olive oil, then in the breadcrumbs and really pat the breadcrumbs down. Then, I simply put them on the grill and cook as normal. They are SO delish and SO moist! I love doing them this way!

I do the same except I beat an egg and dip it in the egg before putting breadcrumbs on it. It really does taste better on the grill!

I've never heard of this! Does it get crispy? Do you put it straight on the grill or on foil or something like that?

I put them on foil but I also brush them with bbq sauce on top. It's so good!

According to my in-laws on the bbq you dip them in oil then breadcrumb and if you fry or bake it then you do egg and breadcrumb. I'm sure either way would work but that's the only way I've ever had it!

I never thought to do it that way before! I'm going to have to try it!!
Ever try it with just egg whites, or do you really need the oil to prevent drying out?

I actually made them with oil and panko and it was great. Cooked for like 4 mins on each side

Just want to thank everyone for this idea. It was so easy and DH and I both loved it! I sprinkled some seasoning salt on the chicken, dipped in olive oil, and then panko mixed with grill seasoning. It was so crispy and tasty!

I put it straight on the grill on medium heat. The breadcrumbs got very dark fairly quickly and I was afraid DH would complain but they didn't have a burnt taste at all.
