Breaking News on Leah Walsh
Nassau County police revealed new details in the case of slain teacher Leah Walsh Thursday morning. Investigators say Walsh's husband, Bill, killed her during an altercation early Sunday morning. He then allegedly kept her body in the home all day Sunday as he attempted to establish an alibi. Police say he then dumped his wife's body under the cover of darkness.
From News12.com. I was told this yesterday but was hoping it wasn't true.
ETA: News12 is now reporting that he confessed to killing her Sunday and staging her disappearance.

Ugh, this guy makes me sick. I just read that they think he strangled her during an agrument on Saturday night. Dumped her body on Sunday night, then left her car Monday morning... sending himself a text message from his DEAD WIFE'S PHONE. What a disgusting pig.

I feel so bad for her parents. That creep was at their house sitting with them. Meanwhile he was the one that left their daughter dead in a ditch .

I think the text messages were on Saturday when the husband came back from AC.
I was driving down SOB this morning and the husband posted fliers with her picture on the Exit 9 signs. I just started crying. I can not get over how someone can do something like this. I'm curious to hear what happened to the body because what I heard was gruesome. I was doubting it because of the source, but apparently the other info he gave me was right. His boss knows a bunch of cops and yesterday afternoon he told me the body was definitely hers and that he killed her Sunday. If what was done to the body is true also, I will throw up. I won't even mention it cause it was so disgusting.
