I was also wondering how he got the focus there and also had his mustang there too. He must of ran home after dropping off the focus to get the mustang.
yeah that is what the LT Detective eluded to.
I think his brother may have known. If you go to newsday.com and look at the video of his brother, something seems off about it.
I agree about the brother. I am trying to give both brothers the same benefit of the doubt that I always felt that Marty Tankleff deserved, but I have to admit it's difficult to do that in this case. I'd like to hear about whether there is evidence to corroborate the confession. If the body was in the house for some time, I think there might be some signs of that at the house. The husband could not keep his eyes steady for even 10 seconds in his TV interview. No matter what, I feel terrible for the young woman's parents and I hope that the media is respecting their wishes.

So was that report from the 'friend' of Lea's getting text messages from her on Sunday night false?
I think the text messages were on Saturday when the husband came back from AC.
I was driving down SOB this morning and the husband posted fliers with her picture on the Exit 9 signs. I just started crying. I can not get over how someone can do something like this. I'm curious to hear what happened to the body because what I heard was gruesome. I was doubting it because of the source, but apparently the other info he gave me was right. His boss knows a bunch of cops and yesterday afternoon he told me the body was definitely hers and that he killed her Sunday. If what was done to the body is true also, I will throw up. I won't even mention it cause it was so disgusting.
Well it has to be bad because they said on Newsday that they ID'd her through fingerprints. Also they didn't have a postive ID for a few hours. So I kind of got a feeling that it was pretty awful

I just cannot stop thinking about this poor young woman and her family. What I hope happens to her husband, there are no words to even describe!
