Breast feeding mommies-can I take anything for a cold?
Like Advil cold & sinus? I feel like crap

I'm BF and I just got over a flu , went to see a dr and he told me I couldn't take anything, but told me to call my OB anyway, I called and my high risk OB told me I can take anything I could take during pregnancy, she said Sudafed is fine, so is Benedryl and few other things. Pretty sure Tylenol cold was on the list too but din't remember 100% , I would make sure with a pharmacist or an OB.

There are things that are ok and will not effect the baby, but will effect your supply.
