Re: Brestfeeding working mom- needs help
I don't know where you live but if you live near me- I could always pick them up for you.
I found their name and site from the adiri site as one of their resellers, I didnt go to the store myself but my Brother in law said it is a really nice store so I am going to check it out one of these days. I got some 0 - 3 month bottles and some 3-6 month bottles. she screamed and threw a fit with the 0-3 month bottles so i think the the 3-6 month ones work better- it's still a work in progross since she isn't quite so happy about them. i iwll have to show my MIL how to use them tonight.
BFing went so/so this weekend- she seems to latch on when she is sleepy or happy more then when she is just hungry. There is a LaLeche group meeting tonight i was considering going to see if maybe I could get some more help. I just hate when she starts to screama dn cry- i don't want to make nursing this traumatizing experience.
If she still doesn't latch on much by the end of hte week, i guess i will have to admit to defeat and jsut continue pumping. I was hoping to give her breast milk till she is able to have cow's milk, i jus tknow that pumping only for the next 7 months is going to be tough. I'll take it one week at a time. I might have to buy a second pump in style since carrying everyday on the train is so annoying.
I'll keep you updated.
