Britax Decathlon owners...
Yesterday I was trying to tighten the straps and the bottom that you press to release the straps popped out. Did that happen to anyone else. I'm sooo pizzed!!! I like the Marathon so much better.
OH also did you take the head pads out? Are they just for newborns? They seem to push DD's head too far forward. She looks uncomfy, she's 1.

We don't have that issue with the straps.
The padding is only for NB. The "carseat guy" told us to remove it since DS was 4 months at the time we installed it and it said it was not necessary for his age and he had good head support.

oops well that explains why she looks so uncomfy. I will have DH take it out when he turns it forward facing
