BRU Problem - WWYD?
We've been dealing with BRU for a while now with furniture issues. They have been really great accomodating us though. It all started when they shipped us 2 changing dressers instead of 1 dresser and 1 armoire. Because of this we had to rent a U-Haul van to make the exchange when the armoire came in. The manager gave us full reimbursment for the van, plus gas money.
In between all of that, the glider and ottoman came in. DH was putting together the glider and noticed the wood was damaged on one of the pieces. BRU had no problem ordering a brand new glider for us. The ottoman was fine, so we kept it. Although I kept looking at the fabric color and it did seem different than what I thought we ordered (I never looked at the damaged glider fabric).
Well, the new glider is now put together and looks awesome. The wood is in perfect condition and the fabric is exactly what we wanted. The ottoman fabric on the other hand.... I was right when it looked "off". You can clearly see it's not the same shade as the glider. It's a bit darker and it has been bugging me.
WWYD? Deal with it or go back to BRU? We're not trying to be trouble makers but if they'd only do things right the first time around we wouldn't have this problem.

I would go back. Baby furniture is expensive and you should get what you wanted and paid for.

I don't even know if I'd physicallly GO back to BRU I'd call them/their customer service and have them replace the ottoman. Seems like you may have gotten a newer model of the glider and the ottoman is from an older dyelot. Either way you paid good $ for it they should accomodate you someway.

If you dont take care of it now you will be looking at that glider for a long time angry that you didnt replace it.
