BTDT c-section moms...hospital stay/wardrobe question.
As if I haven't BT and DT. I really believe I'm overthinking the whole thing here this time, but....
How many "outfits" did you bring for yourself?
I know I will stay in the gown for about 24 hours. Then I'm looking at 2-3 more days of my hospital stay. Should I bring a pair of pjs AND yoga pants/t-shirt type thing or what? More? Less? Robe? How many bras/nursing tanks?
I remember only bringing one pair of pjs the 2nd time (plus a robe and bras) and I don't recall AT ALL what I brought the first time!
AAAAAAAAAHHHHH 3.5 weeks left and I'm freaking! Help!

I wore 2 different nightgowns since everyone and their mother comes in to check your incision.
but really, I was more comfortable in the nightgowns because my incision was so tender and with #2 I had staples which hurt for a day or two.
I think I had 2 nursing tanks.

I stayed in the hospital gown for about the first 6 hrs after my csec than I changed into a cotton maternity dress ( I was so happy I had it with me) before my guests came in the afternoon. I had the nurse help me into the dress and threw my robe over it. The following days after I showered I was in yoga pants and a tank top

I stayed in the gown until day 2. I just brought 3 pairs of comfy pjs that I was able to stay in all day.

I was out of that gross gown exactly hours after I got to my room so I could shower. (I was the nutcase that insisted they remove all of my IVs and pain med drips)
I wore yoga pants and Ts the whole time.

i wore pj's the 2nd night and didnt feel comfortable. so my DH bought me from home sweats and t shirts.. i felt much more comfy.. and a oversized zipper sweatshirt was a must for me.
i also used my robe as a blanket.. i just felt yucky using their blankets.. im a wierdo though

I stayed in the gown and the hospital's disposable undies the entire stay. Home I wore my maternity yoga pants and a nursing tank and hoodie.

I stayed in the gown and the lovely mesh undies for the first 12 hours or so, then switched into my undies and comfy pjs for the remainder of my stay. I also had a short, short-sleeved robe I wore.

I brought 3 pairs of sweats/yoga pants and 4 tanks. 2 sports bras and a zip up sweatshirt. I also had a robe, but I wore that over the hospital gown while I was laboring and it got icky.
I wasn't planning on a c-section, but I had plenty. I had her Friday evening and went home Monday morning.

Re: BTDT c-section moms...hospital stay/wardrobe question.
I stayed in the gowns for the most part. I think I wore PJ's the last night I was there. So much easier in their gowns....
