The bouncy seat was the #1 thing I used with DS and he still loves it

I like them both, but hands down the bouncy seat is our lifesaver... he still loves the seat, whereas he never uses the boppy anymore (and mind you he is getting way to big for the bouncy but he still loves sitting and playing in it.. Chat Icon)

Both are necessary IMO.

I use the Boppy for feeding (bottle or breast), holding (it provides support under my arms) and for sitting her in. I bought mine at Marshall's for $19 and got a couple extra covers on clearance at Target. Well worth the money spent!

The bouncy seat is great too. She sits in it when I'm reading to her and to watch Baby Einstein. We have a vibrating one and sometimes that helps to calm her.

I still use the boppy even after breastfeeding. They love to sit in it. And I couldn't live without the bouncy seat. In the beginning it was wonderful with the vibrate motion, they slept in it a lot. Now they are still in it to hang out and play.

Hardly ever used the bouncer. Now, at 4 months he goes in it once ina while. Definately a waste for us.

I swear by the FP Infant Toddler rocker. You can get this instead of the bouncy. He lived in it. He loved it and even loved taking nappies in it.

We LIVE by the boppy!!! DS is a BIG boy, so I needed all the help holding him I could get. I did not BF. It helps support him while I am feeding him. I still use it at night for his last bottle.

If you are having a boy and getting him circumsized, LOTS and LOTS of vaseline in the tube, not in the tub that you have to scoop out. You will be surprised how much you use!

Also, I would spend money on extra covers for the changing pad. We only have two, but it would have been nice to have more. Steve would spit up while getting changed quite often. By the end of the day, the cover was a mess. Not to mention those "oopsie" times when the poopie gets all over Chat Icon .

I think that's all I can think of for now.
